Belt Tensioner Start

The motor shall be operated only if the lever belt tensioner is in relief position (1), without stressing the
belt fitted on the support (A) existing tensioner body as pictured above, then in this position the motor
is operated after reaching its maximum speed, pull the bracket tensioner body releasing the lever and
so push the lever of the belt tensioner in the direction (2) according to the picture below by checking if
the belts will remain tensioned according with the operation of the crusher, it is worth to remember that
the belt tensioner lever can only tighten when the motor is under operation, if the motor is switched off
damages may occur to the motor.
