10.7 CLEANING OF THE BRAZIER

Before proceeding with the cleaning operations, any

unburned pellets left in the brazier must be removed.

with a fine-mesh filter in order to prevent part of the
ash from being blown into the room.

The unburned pellets must NOT be poured into the
tank.
To clean the brazier, proceed as follows:
- open the door of the appliance, consult the paragraph
door"
- remove the ring covering the brazier
- use a suitable suction device to remove combustion residues and
any ash deposited inside and outside of the brazier
- put the brazier covering ring back on.

TOOLS TO BE USED; hook for cleaning the front heat

exchanger (supplied).
To clean the heat exchanger, proceed as follows:
- use the appropriate front scraper cleaning hook (supplied) to hook
the scraper rod that cleans the heat exchanger
- move the rod forward and backwards to clean the heat exchanger
from any combustion residues
- open the door of the appliance, consult the paragraph
door"
- remove the flame separator.
