PRESETTING THE THREE
STORED DATA VALUES
Note: this function can be used only when the balancing nuts are not precise and stable
even after calibration. When these three values are being adjusted, remove the 100-g
weight, perform calibration after setting each of the three values to store them in the
computer, otherwise this function will not be effective. Remove the weight tray and
consult the original data indicated inside the machine for setting.
1) SFA data adjustment: after calibration, if the 100-g weight is not positioned directly
under the wheel-holder shaft (six o'clock position) or if data are not correct, this function
can be used to determine the weight offset value. Remove the weight, then press the

problem.
Balance the wheel and apply a 100-g weight on the outside of the tyre. The value dis-
played ranges between 104 and 96. Move the 100-g weight to the inside of the tyre. After
stopping, the value ranges between 104 and 96, i.e. normal value. If not, the operator
should adjust the "dis" value; the adjusting procedure is the same as that used for the
Operator's manual @ 601
