WARNING
Carry out the unpacking, assembly and installation operations indicated below with
great care.
Non-compliance with these recommendations may result in damage to the machine
and may jeopardise the operator's safety.
Remove the original packing materials after positioning them as indicated on the pack-
aging and keep them intact so that the machine can be safely shipped at a later date if
necessary.
WARNING
All regulations in force concerning safety at work must be complied with when choos-
ing the installation position.
In particular, the machine must only be installed and operated in protected environ-
ments where there is no risk of it being exposed to dripping.
IMPORTANT: for the correct and safe operation of the machine, the lighting level in the
place of use should be at least 300 lux.
Environmental operating conditions must comply with the following requirements:
- relative humidity ranging from 30% to 80% (without condensate);
- temperature from 0° to +55°C.
WARNING
The floor must be able to withstand a load equal to the sum of the weight of the equip-
ment itself and the maximum payload, bearing in mind the support surface area and
eventual anchor fixtures used.
WARNING
The machine must not be operated in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The machine is supplied partially disassembled and is to be assembled according to
the procedures described below.
- Loosen the nuts locking the two screws on the holes of the guard support pin (B, fig.1)
and remove the screws;
- Fit the pipe that has a guard (A, fig. 1) in the support pin (B, fig. 1) making sure the holes
on the two elements coincide;
- Fit the two screws in the holes and lock the pipe to the support by tightening the cor-
responding nuts.
Fit the control panel support to the rear wall of the wheel balancer by using the four M8
Allen screws supplied, as shown in figure 2.
