control of the unit.)

Check the condition of the safety stickers regularly.
Replace them if they are illegible.

Keep these instructions for use for future reference.
If the product is to be handed over to a third party,

2.3. SAFE USE OF THE DEVICE

Use the product only for the purpose it was designed
for (grapes, blueberries, and soft small fruits).

Do not overload the device. Use tools that are
suitable for the application. A correctly selected
product will do a better and safer job for which it
was designed.

Keep unused equipment out of the reach of children
and anyone unfamiliar with the device or this manual.
Products are dangerous when used by inexperienced
users.

before each use for general damage or damage to
moving parts (cracks in parts and components or any
other condition that may affect the safe operation of
the device). If damaged, return the device for repair

3. USE GUIDELINES
A manually driven portable product designed to crush
seedless fruits (grapes, berries, etc.)
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
Keep the appliance away from any hot surfaces. Always
operate the device on an even, stable, clean, and dry
surface and out of the reach of children and persons with
impaired mental, sensory, and intellectual functions. Before
the first use, disassemble all components in direct contact
with food products and wash them. After installation, lubricate
the drive mechanism (chain, sprockets, shafts, and agitator
support) with vegetable oil.
ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT
ATTENTION! This product's exploded view can be
found on the last pages of the operating instructions
(pp. 28-30.).
Directly under the chute (a) place a container for sifted
grapes or one that will support the weight of the device
resting on it - the weight of the device should be well
leveled so that the work with the device is safe and
ergonomic. Before the first use, make sure that nothing is
blocking the drive mechanism.
3.3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a)
Clean the device after each use - remove the chute
and remove any residual fruit with a nylon brush.
Clean the parts with a damp cloth with dishwashing
liquid, while moving parts are additionally lubricated
with vegetable oil. Polished stainless steel parts
protect with petroleum jelly for food, while varnished
with suitable agents for contact with food products. In
addition, lubricate all components before prolonged
downtime of the device.
b)
Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food
contact surfaces may be used to clean the unit.
c)
After each cleaning, all components should be dried
well before the device is secured or reused.
d)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from
moisture and direct sunlight.
e)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or
immerse it in water.
f)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
g)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. wire brush
or metal spatula) for cleaning as they may damage
the surface of the appliance material.
