ATTENTION
When moving on the road, block the row-marker,vertical
position, arms with the dowels and the snap split pins,
and turn the row-marker disks inwards within the external
dimensions of the machine.
Safety measures concerning the hydraulic control:
1) When the hydraulic pipes are connected to the
hydraulic system of the tractor, make sure that the
hydraulic systems of the operating machine and the
tractor are not under pressure.
2) For hydraulic-type functional connections between the
tractor and operating machine, sockets and plugs must
be marked with colors, in order to prevent erroneous

use. It could be dangerous if an exchange should
occur.
3) The hydraulic system is under high pressure; because
of accident hazards, when leaking points are looked
for, suitable auxiliary instruments should be used.
System regulation
The hydraulic systems provided come equipped with one-way
flow regulators (Fig. 25) which allow for the regulation of the
quantity of oil during opening or closing, depending on how the
regulators have been installed:
-
Flow from A to B, free;
-
Flow from B to A, choked (regulated).
To regulate, loosen the lock nut (1) and turn the knob (2).
Once this adjustment has been made, re-tighten the lock nut.
Make sure that the result of this adjustment does not
cause the rising or descent speed to damage the structure
itself. Never exceed the maximum admissible pressure for
the hydraulic system.
4.2.1 ROW MARKING ARM LENGTH
See Fig. 26 and observe the following rules for correct row
market arm adjustment:
L = D (N +1) - C
where:
L= the distance between the outermost element and the row
marker
D= the distance between the rows
N= the number of elements working
C= the tractor's front wheelbase.
Example:
D=12,5 cm;
N=24 elements;
C=150 cm;
L=12,5 (24 + 1) -150 =81,25 cm
With the row-marking arm allocated to the marking at
the centre of the tractor, place the coefficient C = 0.
4.3 SEED LEVEL IN THE HOPPER
The level of seed in the hopper can be easily controlled by the
operator from the driver's seat by checking the indicator (Fig.
27).
4.4 MULTI-CONTROL TRAMLINE
Allows for: the electronic cut-out of 2+2 or 3+3 rows; reading
of the hectares seeded; checking of seed level; check that the
fan is rotating properly; check that the distributor is rotating
properly.
4.5 REAR ROW-MARKER
Linked with the multi-track tramline this allows the marking of
reference points on the ground for carrying out treatment before
the plants appear.
