1.0 INTRODUCTION
This booklet describes the regulations for use and maintenance.
This booklet is an integrating part of the product, and must be
kept in a safe place for consultation during the whole life span
of the machine.
1.1 DESCRIPTION OF THE SEEDER
This agricultural equipment can operate only with a farm tractor
fitted with front and rear lifting units with the relative three-
point universal linkages.
The equipment is suitable for planting in conjunction with earth
working machinery and with fertiliser spreading machinery in
combination with precision planting units.
It is suitable for sowing cereal: wheat, barley, rye, oats,
rice.
For minute and forage seeds: rape, clover, sedge, rye-grass.
For coarse seeds: soya, peas.
The quantities to distribute are set through a seed distributor,
the motin of which derives from the crawler wheel through
traction.
ATTENTION
The seeder is suitable only for the uses indicated. Any
other use different from that described in these
instructions could cause damage to the machine and
represent a serious hazard for the user.
Regular operation depends on the correct use and adequate
maintenance of the equipment. It is advisable therefore to
observe scrupulously what is described in order to prevent any
inconveniences that could prejudicate proper operation and
duration.
It is just as important to keep to what is described in this booklet
since the Manufacturer declines all responsibility due to
negligence and non-observance of these rules.
At any rate the Manufacturer is available to assure immediate
and accurate technical assistance and all that may be necessary
for the improved operation and better performance of the
equipment.

1.2 GUARANTEE
- On delivery, check that the equipment has not been
damaged during transport and that the accessories are
integral and complete.
- Possible claims must be presented in writing within
eight days of receipt.
- The purchaser will enforce his rights on the guarantee only
when he has respected the conditions concerning the
benefit of the guarantee, set out in the supply contract.
- The guarantee is valid for a year, against all defects of material,
from the date of delivery of the equipment.
- The guarantee does not include working and shipping costs
(the material is shipped at the consignee's own risk).
- Obviously, all damage to persons or things are excluded from
the guarantee.-
- The guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the
defective piece, according to the instructions of the
Manufacturer.
The vendors or the users may not claim compensation against
the manufacturer for any damages that they might sustain,
(wages, transport, defective workmanship, direct or indirect
accidents, lack of profits from crops, etc.).
1.2.1 EXPIRY OF GUARANTEE
Besides what has already been set out in the supply
contract, the guarantee expires:
- If the limits set out in the technical data table are overshot.
- If the instructions set out in this booklet have not been
carefully followed.
- If the equipment is used badly, defective maintenance or
other errors by the client
- If modifications have been carried out without written
authorization of the manufacturer and if non original spare
parts have been used.
1.3 IDENTIFICATION
Each single piece of equipment, is equipped with an identification
plate, which bears:
- CE mark
- Manufacturers mark
- Name, business name and address of the Manufacturer;
- Type of machine
- Registration of the machine
- Year of manufacture
- Mass, in Kilograms.
This information must always be quoted whenever assistance or
spare parts are needed.
