3.3 Minimum distances

A minimum distance of 500 mm from heat
sources (griddle, fryer, stove, etc.) must be
ensured on the left-hand side.
Important: Excessive ambient temperature
on the left-hand side of the appliance may
cause the safety cut-out of the appliance to
activate.
Place the oven at a convenient distance from
the wall for electrical and water connections
and for repair and maintenance work.
A distance of 500 mm is necessary on the
left and right side of the oven for proper
ventilation and cooling of the oven. Fig.2.
It is mandatory to fasten the IPX5 plate on
the back of the oven. Fig.3
It is important to ensure the stability of the
oven.
