Machine Use
In the case finer coarseness is to be obtained, it is recommended to use one of the two "Unger" Assemblies supplied by
the manufacturer upon request, and called Partial Unger (photo 3) and Total Unger (photo 4).

The Partial Unger unit, provided with 2 perforated plates and one knife, produces finely minced meat.
The Total Unger unit, provided with 3 perforated plates and two knifes, produces very finely minced meat.
Do not install and/or use perforated plates on the meat mincer with diameter equal to or larger than 8
millimetres.
3-3 Installation of the Meat Mincer mincing unit
Before installing the mincing unit, remove the plug from the power supply socket.
Be very careful during knife removal and installation: fingers may be injured.
Wear gloves to perform assembly, disassembly and / or handling of the knife
The installation of the mincing unit must be performed observing the following order:
1. Install the manifold down to the end into the body, and tighten with the handle (handle or knob, according to
the model)
2. Install the worm screw into the manifold (make sure coupling is operated in the key)
3. Insert the worm screw into the knife with the sharp part towards the perforated plate
4. Install the perforated plate
5. Screw up and tighten the tightening knob
6. Insert the hopper
For the "Partial Unger" unit (photo 3) after item 2:
Insert the rougher plate with the flat part oriented externally
Insert the knife into the worm screw with the hub oriented externally
Install the perforated plate
Insert the spacer
Tighten the tightening knob
Insert the hopper
For the "Total Unger" unit (photo 4) after item 2:
Insert the rougher plate with the flat part oriented externally
Insert a knife into the worm screw (with arrow oriented externally)
Insert the perforated plate (with larger holes)
Insert the other knife (with arrow oriented externally)
Install the perforated plate
Tighten the tightening knob
Insert the hopper

To disassemble the mincing unit, perform installation operations in the reverse order.
