Use conditions and use prohibitions

The expected use of the meat mincer is processing (mincing) of fresh meat.
It is not allowed to use the Model for other purposes.
It is not allowed to install and/or use perforated plates on the meat mincer with holes whose diameter is equal to or
larger than 8 millimetres.
The operating duration of the model TS8 is intermittent.

Environmental conditions:

The machine can operate in the following environmental conditions.
Humidity: max. 90%
Temperature: Min. 0° - Max. +40°
Altitude: max. 1000 m a.s.l. (contact the manufacturer for higher altitudes)
The machine is protected against water drops.
Do not wash the machine with water jets, even if they are light.
Do not wash the machine by immersing it totally or partially in water.
The machine can only operate indoor.
The machine should only be used for artisanal production, like: butchers, hotels, guest houses, restaurants, communities,
etc.
This machine cannot operate in explosive and/or potentially explosive environments.
Use prohibitions:
Prohibited uses should be considered as all those operations not expressly indicated by the manufacturer, or any
operations excluded in machine technical specifications.
IT IS NOT ALLOWED:
To use the machine in any way other than described above.
To use the machine without its safety protections.
To use the pestle worn and/or damaged.
To use materials other than those mentioned above.
Perform works on materials not specifically authorized.
Apply changes to the machine.
To use, performing the cleaning, hazardous chemicals (eg caustic solutions concentrates)
The user is solely responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the machine.

Residual risks

Some risks are possible in using any machines; this is to be taken into account.
Better safety conditions depend on you.
This machine is provided with safety protections compliant with the best state of the art in the field of safety.
In spite of the compliance with safety rules, and the use of the machine according to the rules described in this Manual,
the following residual risks may remain:
Contact with moving parts
Cut with a knife
Electric shock due to contact with energized parts
Danger due to improper operator working positions.

Operator training

All operators must be properly trained for machine use, setting and operation.

All operators must read this manual and follow all safety instructions carefully, the following in particular:
a) Machine operation principles, proper use of safety protections.
b) How to handle parts during meat processing.
c) Position of hands during meat processing.
Operators shall also be informed on hazards associated with the use of the machine and precautions to be observed, and
should also be trained on how to pass regular tests on safety guards and devices.
