Commissioning

4.1

Unpacking

1. Remove the steel bands and fasteners.
2. Carefully lift off the packaging.
3. Remove the accessories and packaging material from
the packaging unit.

Check that the SBM 55S NW and the accessories are
in proper working order and that there are no visible
signs of component damage. In case of doubt, do
not start up the unit and consult customer service.

Machine movement

i
The machine is supplied secured to pallet with screws.
1. Unscrew the 3 screws that secure the SBM 55S NW
to the pallet.
2. Insert the appropriate lifting belts (n°2 x length =4
mt), with sufficient capacity (belt capacity=1000 kg;
purple) , as shown.
WARNING – Defective or incorrectly at-
tached lifting straps!
Risk of injury due to SBM 55S NW falling
down.

Check lifting straps for physical damage
before attaching.
¶
Tighten lifting straps uniformly.
¶
Lift SBM 55S NW carefully.
