ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO
OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI
Sgonfiare completamente il pneumatico;
»
Togliere i pesi di equilibratura della ruota per eliminare qualsiasi
»
rischio derivante dalla presenza dei pesi stessi.
STALLONAMENTO (Fig.26)
»
Mettere la ruota a terra, vicino allo stallonatore; avvicinare la paletta
(E) al tallone e premere il pedale comando stallonatore (B). L'operazione
va eseguita in vari punti della ruota finchè il tallone non sia
completamente staccato.
»
Ripetere l'operazione sul lato opposto della ruota.
DURANTE L'AZIONAMENTO DEL BRACCIO STALLONATORE,
PRESTARE ATTENZIONE A NON COMPRIMERE GLI ARTI FRA
LA GOMMA E LO STALLONATORE STESSO !
SMONTAGGIO PNEUMATICO
Premere il pedale comando apertura (pedale destro fig.24) per
»
predisporre le griffe (part. H fig.25) per il bloccaggio esterno del cerchio
(in caso di bloccaggio interno questa operazione non va eseguita).
»
Mettere la ruota sull'autocentrante esercitando una lieve pressione
sul cerchio; premere il pedale comando chiusura (pedale sinistro
fig.25-D) per bloccarla.
»
Lubrificare il tallone con grasso utilizzando l'apposito pennello in
dotazione (ved.scatola degli accessori)
»
Portare la torretta (part. L fig.25) vicino al cerchio e farla toccare al
bordo interno del cerchio (fig.26);
»
Mantenendo manualmente il braccio in posizione inserire la leva (L)
tra tallone e torretta;
»
Alzare il tallone con l'apposita leva (fig.26) ed appoggiarlo sulla
linguetta della torretta;
»
Mantenendo ferma la leva, ruotare l'autocentrante premendo il pedale
A di fig.25 fino alla completa uscita del tallone dal cerchio.
Operare con cautela, evitando di inserire le dita tra gomma
e cerchione durante le fasi di rotazione dell'autocentrante.
»
Sollevare il braccio portandolo in posizione di riposo (part.F fig.25) ed
estrarre la camera d'aria.
»
Ripetere le medesime operazioni per la fuoriuscita del secondo tallone.

PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
Completely deflate the tyre;

Remove wheel balancing weights to eliminate any danger arising from
»
their presence.
BEAD-BREAKING (fig. 26)
»
Place the wheel on the ground near the bead-breaker. Move the plate
(E) towards the bead and press the bead-breaking control pedal (B).
This operation is conducted at various points of the wheel until the
bead is completely detached.
»
Repeat the operation on the opposite side of the wheel.
WHEN USING THE BEAD-BREAKING ARM TAKE CARE NOT TO
TRAP LIMBS BETWEEN THE TYRE AND THE BEAD-BREAKER!
REMOVING THE TYRE
Press the opening control pedal (right pedal fig.24) to ready the claws
»
(part. H fig.25) for the external blocking of the rim (in the case of internal
blocking is unnecessary).
Place the wheel on the self-centring plate putting a light pressure on
»
the rim; press the closing control pedal (left pedal fig.25-D) to block it.
Lubricate the bead with grease using the relevant brush supplied (see
»
box of accessories)
Move the turret (part. L fig.25) near to the rim so that it touches the
»
inside edge of the rim (fig.26);
»
Holding it in position, insert the lever (L) between the bead and the
turret;
»
Lift the bead with the relevant lever (fig.26) and rest it on the tongue of
the turret;
»
Holding the lever steady, rotate the self-centring plate by pressing
pedal A in fig.25 until the bead comes completely off the rim.
Operate with care, avoiding getting your fingers caught be-
tween the rubber and the rim while the self-centring plate is
turning.
»
Lift the arm, moving it to the rest position (part.F fig.25) and remove the
inner tube.
»
Repeat the same operations to lift the second bead off the rim.
