EVISA E25.R and E40.R: Remove the various motor components (cover, impeller, stator, rotor). Contact us
for assistance with ordering the necessary tools. Remove the pump ventilation assembly (except E25.R)
and remove the rear plate. Remove the rotor from the pump unit and then follow the procedure for
changing a bushing as indicated below for replacement of the front and rear bushings (except E25 which
does not have a rear bushing).
EVISA E150.R, E200.R and E300.R: Remove the motor and detach the 1/2 coupling sleeve from the rotor
shaft. Remove the radiator (except E150) and remove the pump ventilation unit. Follow the procedure for
changing a bushing as indicated below for replacement of the front and rear bushings. It is not necessary
to disassemble the lamp or remove the rotor from the pump unit to replace the lipped bushings.
Procedure for changing bushing: Remove and check the existing bushing for wear [1]; replace if necessary.
Remove the lipped bushing [2] and replace with a new bushing using appropriate tools to ensure it is
perpendicular to the rotor shaft (contact us for assistance with ordering the necessary tools) after applying
a light layer of Loctite 542 around the outside of the bushing. Position the bushing so that the main lip is
facing into the unit. Replace the o-ring on the rotor shaft and reassemble the unit.

3.3.9.
Air filter (optional) :
The rate of clogging of the suction filter cartridge will depend on the amount of impurities sucked in. We
recommend replacing the cartridge every 1000 hours at least. This frequency has to be adapted according to
your pumping application. Clean the inside of the filter.
Charcoal filter: the weight of the charcoal filter provides an indication of its service condition.

Automatic drain
This drain reinjects the oil from the separating cartridges into the pump. It is located in the separating cartridge
compartment (see view § 3.3.4).
Operating check: Stop the pump. Remove the plate giving access to the compartment of the separating
cartridge(s). Add a 1/4 litre of oil to the drain: the float should rise. Start up the pump: the additional 1/4 litre
of oil should be sucked in, the level in the separating cartridge(s) compartment drops.
Maintenance: (except E25.R and E40.R) Remove screws [1] and take the drain assembly out. Drive out the pin
[2] then change the float [3] and the seal [4]; clean the nozzle [5] (blowing). Reinstall the assembly by changing
the o'ring [6].
3.3.11.
Replacing vanes
EVISA E17 to E100: Remove the cover. Remove the cooling system, then remove the back plate.
Replace the 3 sliding vanes one by one by respecting the position of the sliding vane's chamfer, rounded shape
at the rear.
