NOTE:
Should the baby (transmitter) or parent
unit (receiver) not be functioning
properly or should unexpected malfunc-
tioning occur, we kindly ask you to
:
1.) once again first thoroughly read the
respective section of the instruction
manual.
2.) Afterwards please try to find the
error with the help of the following mal-
function chart.
3.) Should you not be able to solve the
problem, we kindly ask you to contact
your specialist dealer or to call our
hotline at +49 (0)700 /73 374 624.

you try to repair the devices on
your own because that would
lead to the expiration of the
warranty.

Troubleshooting

Before using the device for the first time, please check the functional efficiency (e.g. with the help of a tele-
vision). Now please carry out the fine adjustment (sensitivity of the baby unit, volume of the parent unit) and
make sure that an ideal transmission is ensured. When doing so, please take into consideration that a farther
distance and thick walls can have a negative influence on the quality of the transmission.
Problem / Situation
Status LED is off
The receiver is not recei-
ving any signals and the
green LED next to the 4
red LEDs is blinking
Battery indicator is lit up
Hissing or peeping
sounds
Electrostatic hissing

What can be done?
* The device is turned off
* Check if the device is set to
* The batteries are empty

* The power adapter is not
* If the device is connected to a
connected
power adapter, make sure that
* Power failure

charged or if the batteries
are in the correct + / - position

by mode
* The batteries are weak
* Replace the batteries or use
the power adapter

* Place both devices farther

* The disturbances are
* Determine which device is
caused by other devices
causing the disturbance and
