2.5 Operation
1. Turn the power switch on and the temperature and the speed will be displayed.
2. The speed is adjusted to 0, click on the Rotation key, slowly adjust the speed, the rotation of the agitation blade, and
observe if any anomaly occurs.
3. Pour the materials into the container through solid feed or other inputs.
4. Evacuate the container according to the reaction needs. For the triple reaction vessel, the vacuum pump can be applied
to evacuate the outer layer , to achieve the thermal insulation functionality.
5. Set the temperature control device according to the temperature shown, to obtain the desired reaction temperature
inside the container .
6. Slowly adjust the knob to achieve the desired rotation speed.
7. Let the water or coolant pass through the condenser according to the process requirements.
8. After the reaction, first turn the heating or cooling temperature control device function off, maintain the cycle and then
close the circulation function when it is near to the ambient temperature.
*Note: The temperature control unit cycle is turned off. The circulation valve cannot be closed, leave it open.
Otherwise, if the body of the container is too hot or too cold, it could cause inflation and cause damages to the
equipment.
9. After the speed test is set to 0, click on the key 1 minute after closing the reactor power .
10. Open the discharge valve to discharge the materials. If necessary, the valve parts or the sealing parts of the container
should be cleaned and then reassembled safely.
*Note: The glass parts must be cleaned after returning to normal temperature.
The droplets on the inside and outside should be cleaned after washing to avoid rupture of the container , caused
by an irregular temperature or by a sudden change in temperature.
