2.2.10 Discharge valve installation
Note: Make sure that the discharge valve is open before installation, in case of damage of the reactor body.
Please refer to Figure 2.2.10.
Fit upper part of the flange (59) and a lid gasket (60) to the glass drain port (9) and the lower part of the flange and gasket
to the discharge valve (14). Put sealing ring (61) between the upper and lower flange, keep them in the right position and
tighten the butterfly nut.
2.2.11 Vacuum gauge and control box installation
Please see chapter 1.4 to find the installation position of Vacuum gauge (4) and control box (17).
2.2.12 Vessel jacket circulating pipe kit installation
The lower connecting joint of the vessel jacket is inlet, the upper is outlet. Please refer to figure 2.2.10.2 to install it.
