Steamed Dishes (high pressure)
The group of automatic cooking modes "STEAM" is recommended for steaming
foods. It offers 12 settings depending on the product, recipe, and the cooking
time your recipe requires. Default time depends on the product selected ("MEAT",
"VEGETABLES", "POULTRY", "FISH").
Use the trivet and steaming container provided to steam foods:
1. Fill the bowl with 300–350 ml of water.
2. Measure and process ingredients according to the recipe, and evenly
distribute them inside the steaming container. Place the trivet and steam-
ing container inside the bowl.
3. Follow steps 2–11 of "Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic Cook-
ing Modes" (p. 7).
"MULTI-CHEF" Mode (high/normal pressure)
If you did not manage to achieve the desired results using automatic cooking
modes provided, we recommend you trying a versatile mode called "MULTI-CHEF",
featured by the unit. The mode is equipped with a wide range of manual settings,
offering boundless possibilities to experiment. It allows cooking foods under
high or normal pressure. Cooking time can be adjusted from 2 to 99 minutes
in 1 minute intervals. Default time is 10 minutes.
Do not fill the cooker with foods and liquids above the 4/5 mark on the inside
of the bowl.
1. Measure ingredients according to the recipe. Fill the bowl with food and
add liquid.
2. Position the bowl inside the device. Ensure that the bowl is installed
properly and makes full contact with the heating element. Close and lock
the lid.
3. Set the steam valve regulator located on the lid of the device into required
position ("HIGH PRESSUREЕ" or "NORMAL PRESSURE"). Plug in the unit.
4. Press "MULTI-CHEF" button. Button indicator lights up, default time value
is displayed, digits are blinking.
5. Use "+" and "–"buttons to adjust cooking time.
6. Follow steps 7–11 of "Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic Cook-
ing Modes" (p. 7).
