Incubatie:
Optie 1 – Voor het testen van alle voedselproducten voor menselijke consumptie, (waaronder zuivelproducten en rauwe
schaaldieren), diervoeder en industriële omgevingsmonsters:
Incubeer 3M Petrifilm AC Telplaten bij 30 °C ± 1 °C gedurende 72 uur ± 3 uur.
Optie 2 – Voor het testen van alle voedselproducten voor menselijke consumptie behalve zuivelproducten en rauwe
schaaldieren, diervoeder en industriële omgevingsmonsters:
Incubeer 3M Petrifilm AC Telplaten bij 30 °C ± 1 °C gedurende 48 uur ± 3 uur.
Interpretatie
Bereken het aantal micro-organismen in het testmonster volgens ISO 7218
verdunning. Schattingen liggen buiten het bereik van de NF Validation-certificering
(zie hoofdstuk Interpretatie, stappen 2 en 4). Raadpleeg de norm EN ISO 7218 voor inoculatie, kolonietelling en de
berekening en weergave van de resultaten.
