6.5.4. Restart procedure following emergency shutdown

To restart the machine following an emergency shutdown, follow the steps as described:

Identify and resolve the issue that led to an emergency shutdown.

Undock the emergency button that was pressed.

Wait for the display to turn on.

Press the on/off key (see paragraph "Operator Panel") to start the machine.

To shut down the oven, follow the steps as described:

Press the on/off key (see paragraph "Operator Panel") to shut down the machine.

Position the main switch ON / OFF, placed upstream of the oven, on "OFF".

Do not use emergency buttons for normal oven shutdown.
