CHARGE LIGHTS
Red
– Charging has started.
Yellow – Final charging is in progress.
Green – Battery is fully charged and
ready to use.
CAUTION
The average recharge time depends on how low the battery level is. If the battery is complete-
ly depleted, the recharge time is approximately 3.5 hours.
You may vacuum with the GoCartVac plugged into the wall outlet. The batteries will recharge
while you vacuum. The recharge time in this instance will be approximately 5.5 hours.
The GoCartVac is equipped with a solid state detector which monitors the Charge state of the
batteries. The detector will automatically turn the vacuum OFF when the battery voltage
falls below 33 Volts DC. This detector has been implemented to prevent the batteries from
being overly discharged which reduces battery life and results in prolonged recharge time.
PROPER STORAGE & CHARGING
1. When the vacuum is not in use, it should be stored in a dry place.
2. Plug the GoCartVac into the wall outlet so it is recharged for the next use.
3. Turn hose switch into off position or disconnect hose cord from cover of GoCart*.
4. Place the power switch on the cart in the ON (I) position, or the batteries will not recharge.
5. Wrap the hose around the hose wrap.
6. EMPTY OR REPLACE THE INTERCEPT MICRO FILTER AFTER EACH USE.
*If the hose switch is not turned off or hose cord unplugged during charging; turn hose switch to off
position for minimum of 60 seconds before operating. This resets the electronics.
