IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
WARNING
1.
DO NOT USE THIS VACUUM TO PICK UP WET DEBRIS. This vacuum is for DRY
RECOVERY only. Do not vacuum liquids.
2.
Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces. Do not expose the vacuum to rain or water.
3.
Do not allow the vacuum to be used as a toy. Pay close attention when using the
vacuum near children.
4.
Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended
attachments and replacement parts.
5.
Read the instruction manual provided with the battery charger. Keep sparks and flames
away from batteries. Do not smoke near batteries or charger.
6.
DO NOT vacuum hazardous or toxic materials.
7.
If the unit is not working as it should, or if it has been dropped, damaged, left
outdoors, or exposed to water, contact ProTeam at (866) 888-2168.
8.
Do not put any objects into openings. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts
of the body away from openings and moving parts. Long hair should not hang over
or near the unit. Do not use if any opening is blocked.
9.
Do not vacuum flammable or combustible materials or anything that is burning
or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes. Do not store flammable or
combustible materials in the filter bay.
10. Do not use without Intercept Micro Filter in place. Empty the Intercept Micro Filter
after every use and before storage.
11. Use with extra care when cleaning stairs.
12. Connect to a properly grounded outlet only.
13. Turn off all controls before unplugging.
14. When using the vacuum with a power nozzle, the hose contains electrical wires. Do not
use when damaged, cut, or punctured. Avoid picking up sharp objects.
15. When using the vacuum with a power nozzle, always turn off this appliance before
connecting or disconnecting either hose or motorized nozzle.
