20-30 seconds.

Hold the handles firmly with both hands. Climb on the appliance and check
that you are standing securely. Now slowly start to walk. As your feet move,
hold on to one handlebar while removing the other hand and stretch your arm
over your head and down again. Repeat the exercise for 30 seconds in sync
with your walking pace, then switch to the other arm for 30 seconds.
