3.5.5 Some commands from connector E not operating
All signals present at connector E are exchanged directly with motor control board
(222) through connector J1 of connector board (219) and connector J12 of motor control
board (222)
TESTING SIGNALS FROM OUTSIDE
□ Connector board (219), connector J2, signals are shown in table, with power source
powered and accessory connector inserted in E.
To improve access to the table measuring points, it is advisable to extract connector
board (219), while leaving it connected, in order to detect the signals at the terminals
of J2 on the printed circuit from the welding side

Check the presence of supply voltages of motor control board (222),

TESTING SOLENOID (224)
□ Solenoid terminals (224) = 24 Vdc with start button pressed in MIG or TIG or with
GAS TEST performed by means of button on touch panel H.
