TESTING SUPPLY TO MASTER PANEL BOARD (70) (Fig. 3.5.1.b)
□ Master panel board (70), connector J4, terminals 1, 2 = approximately 12 Vdc.
□ Master panel board (70), check that +5V and +3V3 LEDs are on
TESTING SUPPLY TO WIRE FEED PANEL BOARD (212) (Fig. 3.5.1.c)
□ Wire feed panel board (212), connector J3, terminals 1, 2 = approximately 8 Vdc.
□ Wire feed panel board (212), check that LEDs and display are on
TESTING SUPPLY TO MOTOR CONTROL BOARD (222) (Fig. 3.5.1.c)

Check the wiring between J2 of board (42) and transformer
(38)
Check integrity of fuse on terminal block of 0-25-50 Vac
secondary winding of service transformer (38) and replace if
interrupted. Turn off the power source, disconnect connector
J2 on board (42), check resistance between its terminals,
correct value:
between terminals 1-4 = < 1 ohm correct
between terminals 1-8 = < 1 ohm correct
Replace power board (42)
YES
Check the wiring between J6 of board (72) and J4 of board
(70)
Turn off the power source, disconnect connector J4 on board
(70), check resistance between its terminals, correct value:
between terminals 1-2 = > K ohm correct
between terminals 1-2= 0 ohm replace panel board (70);
Replace panel board (70).
YES
Check the wiring between J3 of board (212) and J17 of board
(222)
Turn off the power source, disconnect connector J3 on board
(212), check resistance between its terminals, correct value:
between terminals 1-2 = > M ohm correct
between terminals 1-2= 0 ohm replace panel board (212);
Replace wire feed panel board (212);
Correct?
