Check the wiring between J15 of board (37) and J4 of board (72)
Follow instructions for TESTING POWER BOARD (72) as indicated
in section 3.5.1
Turn off the power source, disconnect connector J15 on board (37),
check resistance between its terminals, correct value:
between terminals 1-2 =
between terminals 3-4 = 450 ohm correct
Replace control board (37) and/or power supply (72)
CAN-BUS COMMUNICATION TEST
♦ Turn on the power source, wait for the screen to appear on LCD display with
information on the power source; Item No, Serial No, software version, IP address
etc., the screen will remain displayed for a few seconds before loading the main
screen.
Master panel board (70), a red screen appears with the following
communication error codes:
Err.6 Node3: check wiring between connector J2 of board (70) and
CAN1A connector of board (37).
Replace board (37) and/or board (70)
Err.6 Node5: check wiring between connector J16 of board (70) and
connector M Fig. 3.2.1 (18) on the power source rear panel; check
wire feed unit power source extension supplied with the power
source; check the wiring between connector Y Fig. 3.2.1 (230) and
connector J5B motor control board (222).
Replace board (222) and/or board (70)
Err.6 Node13: check wiring between connector J1 of motor control
board (222) and CAN_5V connector of wire feed unit board (212).
Replace board (212) and/or board (222) and/or board (70)
Check supply voltages of service transformer (38) and power supply
boards (42 and 72), inverter control (37), motor control (222) and
panel (212), carrying out the related test for each board if necessary,
as indicated in 3.5.1.
