Instrucciones de Instalación y Mantenimiento
Cómo montar el kit especial ventosa desde el interior de la
habitación a ser calentada.
Perforar el agujero en la pared. Recortar el kit especial de forma
que coincida con el espesor real de la pared (ver figura).
IMPORTANTE: El tubo externo (fijado al de aluminio) debe ser
cortado para que coincida con el espesor de pared de forma
exacta.
IMPORTANTE: Corte el tubo interno (tubo de humos) de manera
que: la extremidad externa quede alineada perfectamente con el
extremo externo de la tubería de toma de aire. El exceso de
longitud debe ser de 10 mm.
Es fácil cortar el tubo de entrada de aire con la ayuda de la banda
principal graduada que puede ser pegada a la tubería (cuchilla
afilada) para marcar el punto donde se debe de cortar.
IMPORTANTE: El corte debe ser perpendicular al eje de la
tubería, por favor, manejar con cuidado a fin de no deformar los
tubos.
Antes de colocar los tubos en el agujero de la pared, fijar el kit
especial en la brida de la plantilla de montaje. Use los tornillos
correspondientes.
IMPORTANTE: El Kit especial es diferente del estándar: el flexible
de centrado no se suministra. Usted no lo necesita porque los
tubos se fijan de forma coaxial a la salida de aluminio.
Montaje del convector
Después de que haya terminado las operaciones anteriores, inicie
la conexión del convector a la pared.

Monte la junta tórica en el tubo de admisión de aire.

Retire
el
humidificador
desenroscando el tornillo de sujeción.

Apoye la parte inferior del convector en los encajes de la parte
inferior de la plantilla; fijar en la pared o en la barra de
separación.

Acerque el aparato, inserte el codo de humos/aire en el
adaptador de conexión de los tubos.

Para la fijación de los tubos utilice grasa y asegúrese que las
juntas tóricas están en su asiento.

How to mount special pipes kit from inside the
room to be warmed.
Drill the hole on the wall. Shorten the special pipes in order to
match the real thickness of the wall (see picture).
IMPORTANT: The external pipe (fixed to the aluminum outlet)
must be cut to match the exact thickness of the wall.
IMPORTANT: Cut the internal pipe (exhaust pipe) that way: the
external extremity must be set perfectly in line with the external
end of air intake pipe. The internal extremity must exceed the
internal end of the air intake pipe. The exceeding length must be
10 mm.
It is easy to cut the air intake pipe with the help of the leading strip
that can be stuck to the pipe (blade sheet made) to mark the point
where cutting must be made.
IMPORTANT: Cutting must be perpendicular to the pipe axis,
please handle with care in order not to deform the pipes.
Before inserting pipes on the hole in the wall, fix the special kit to
the flanging on the mounting template. Use the screws on issue.
IMPORTANT: The Special Kit is different from the Standard one:
the centering spring is missing. You don't need it because the
pipes are fixed in coaxial way to the aluminum outlet.
Convector assemblage
After that you have finished the previous operations, start to
connect the convector to the wall
- Assembled the O-ring gasket on the intake tube.

- Remove the humidifier and the cover from the con vector
unscrewing the fasting screw.
- Rest the inferior part of the convector at the inferior template
adages; fasten to the wall or on the spacing bar.

Approach the apparatus, inserting the unloaded /intake fumes
curves in the right adapter connection tubes.
To fasten the tubes use grease and be sure that the O Rings
are in their seating.
