Before
• consult the wiring diagrams annexed to the cabinet
• make sure that the rati ng plate data matches the characteristi cs of the electri-
connecti ng
• check that power supply voltage is the one reported on the rati ng plate
• remove all metallic objects worn: rings, watches, bracelets, earrings, etc.
• proceed with wiring
i
If the electrical supply is interrupted, the electrical equipment of the shop will not restart,
triggering the overload protecti on devices; modify the system to diff erenti ate the start-up of
the various devices.
16. Control and adjustment of the temperature
Cabinets with
the cooling temperature is controlled by means of:
- digital solar-powered thermometer (Fig.12)
remote
- electronic controller (opti onal) (Fig.13)
i
If the thermostat is powered by batt eries:
- replace the discharged batt eries with similar ones
- do not dispose of batt eries in the environment
- consign the batt eries to authorized collecti on centres
17. Cabinet loading
max allowed capacity evenly distributed of tray: 800 kg/m
max allowed capacity evenly distributed of shelves: 300 kg/m
Max roof capacity: 45 kg/m
Remedy
• arrange the products in order and evenly (Fig.14)
• leave a 30 mm clearance between the goods and the top shelf (Fig.16)
• introduce products already cooled at the required storage temperature
• load the cabinet so that the goods from a longer ti me is sold before the newly
• on bent shelves, always use retainers
What to avoid
DO NOT obstruct/impede the fl ow of cooled air
