Some items of the shredder are supplied
disassembled, follow the instructions:
Universal Base
The universal base is provided with fixation points
(1) dimensioned according to the trestle and to the
movable rails to fix the motor. Once the shredder
and the motor are placed on the universal base,
align the pulleys.
After that, fix the rubber cushions (2) as shown in
the Figure 1. Finally, place the belts which will
have to be stretched with the stretcher located at
the base.
Finally, belts shall be placed and stretched through
the tensioner (3) existing on the base (4).

Green Crop Funnel
In order to assemble the green crop funnel, remove
it from the package and mount fixing the input
mouth in the shredder body, as shown in Figure 2.

Grain Funnel
In order to assemble the grain funnel, remove the
funnel (4) from the package and mount it on the
funnel stand in accordance with indicated in figure
2 with the nut (1), washer (2) and washer (3). When
using the grain funnel (5) assemble the funnel guard
(8), tightening the wing nut (6) and the washer (7) of
the grain used in the green crop funnel, as shown
in Figure 2.
