If you failed to achieve the desired result, use the versatile program
MULTICOOK. The optimal temperature set is 200°F (95°С).
CRUST Program
The program is recommended for browning. Default time is 30 minutes.
It can be adjusted from 5 minutes to 1 hour in 1 minute intervals. The
TIME DELAY function is not applicable for the program.
PIZZA Program
The program is recommended for making pizza. Default time is 25 minutes.
It can be adjusted from 20 minutes to 1 hour with 5 minute intervals. The
TIME DELAY function is not applicable for the program.
BREAD Program
The program is recommended for baking white and wheat-rye breads. The
program includes complete baking cycle starting from the process of proofing
the dough and up until the moment you take the freshly baked product out.
Default time is 2 hours. Cooking time can be manually adjusted from 1 to 6
hours with 10 minute intervals. The KEEP WARM and TIME DELAY functions
are not applicable for the program.
Before using a baking flour, we advise you sift it to add some air to it
CAUTION! Use oven mitts when handling the unit and removing the
hot bread.
DESSERT Program
The program is recommended for making different desserts. Default time
is 30 minutes. It can be adjusted from 5 minutes to 3 hours with 5 minute
intervals.
EXPRESS Program
The program is recommended for quick-cooking rice and other grains.
Default time is 20 minutes. The time cannot be adjusted. The TIME DELAY
function is not applicable for the program.
Follow steps 1–2 of "Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic Pro-
grams", then steps 6–8 (skipping steps 3–5).

V. CLEANING AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE
GUIDELINES
Before you start cleaning the device, make sure that it is unplugged and
has cooled down. Prior to first use or in order to remove the odor, steam
half a lemon for 15 minutes using STEAM program.
Use soft cloth and mild soap to clean. We recommend cleaning the ap-
pliance after each use.
Do not use a sponge with hard or abrasive surface; solvent and
abrasive cleaning methods are not allowed.
Do not immerse the device in water or wash it under running water.
Clean the housing as needed. We recommend cleaning the inner aluminum
lid, the removable bowl, and the steam valve after each use. The bowl is
dishwasher safe. Make sure to wipe the outer surface of the bowl after
cleaning to ensure it is completely dry before next use.
Clean the inner aluminum lid after each use (not dishwasher safe):
1. Open the lid. Press 2 plastic holders located on the inner side of the lid.
2. Gently remove the inner aluminum lid by pulling it towards yourself
and up.
3. Wipe the surface of the inner lid with a damp cloth. Clean with mild
