1. Fill the bowl with water. Do not fill above the maximum fill mark on the
inside of the bowl.
2. Follow steps 1–6 of "Standard operating Procedure for Automatic
Programs".
3. After water comes to a full boil the device produces an audible signal
upon boiling alarming you to put ingredients inside the bowl. Carefully
open the lid, add ingredients into boiling water and close the lid until
it clicks into place.
4. Follow steps 6–8 of "Standard operating Procedure for Automatic
Programs".
Note! When cooking foods that can foam, open the lid a few minutes
after you add ingredients into water to prevent foam from boiling
over
STEAM Program
The program is recommended for steaming meat, fish, vegetables, seafood,
etc. Default time is 30 minutes. It can be adjusted from 5 minutes to 2
hours in 5 minute intervals.
The countdown starts after water comes to a full boil providing enough
steam.
1. Fill the bowl with 2 ½ - 4 cups (600–1000 ml) of water. Place the steam
tray inside the bowl
2. Measure ingredients according to the recipe, and evenly distribute
them inside the tray.
3. Follow steps 2–8 of "Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic
Programs".
PILAF Program
The program is recommended for making different rice pilafs. Default
time is 1 hour. It can be adjusted from 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes
with 10 minute intervals.
VACUUM Program
The program is recommended for cooking vacuum sealed products. Default
time is 2 hours 30 minutes. It can be adjusted from 10 minutes to 12

hours in 5 minute intervals. The KEEP WARM function is not applicable
for the program.
SAUCE Program
The program is recommended for making different types of sauces. Default
time is 20 minutes. Cooking time can be manually adjusted from 5 minutes
to 10 hours in 5 minute intervals. Cook with opened or closed lid depend-
ing on a recipe.
YOGURT Program
The program is recommended for making yogurt. Default time is 8 hours.
It can be adjusted from 30 minutes to 12 hours with 30 minute intervals.
The KEEP WARM function is not applicable for the program.
SLOW COOK Program
The program is recommended for making slow cooked dishes. Default
time is 3 hours. It can be adjusted from 30 minutes to 12 hours in 10
minute intervals. The KEEP WARM function is not applicable for the
program.
PANCAKE Program
The program is recommended for cooking different kinds of pancakes.
Default time is 10 minutes. It can be adjusted from 5 minutes to 1 hour
30 minutes in 1 minute intervals. The KEEP WARM and TIME DELAY func-
tions are not applicable for the program.
OATMEAL Program
The program is recommended for cooking oatmeal, different porridges
with milk. Default time is 10 minutes. It can be adjusted from 5 minutes
to 4 hours in 1 minute intervals (for a period of 5 minutes up to 1 hour)
and 5 minutes intervals (for a period of 1 hour up to 4 hours).
Use pasteurized low-fat milk to cook. For best results and in order to
prevent milk from boiling away, we recommend you to do the following:
1. rinse grain (rice, millet, etc.) thoroughly until the water runs clear
2. grease the sides of the bowl with butter
