Warning: When puncturing, suturing, or incising tissue near the introducer
sheath, exercise care in order to avoid damaging the introducer sheath. Do not
put a clamp on the sheath. Use the suture groove if binding the introducer
sheath with a thread.
Note: Meticulously aspirate and flush the introducer sheath to help reduce the risk
of thrombus formation.
7.3. Removal
1. Aspirate the introducer sheath.
2. If using a suture to hold the introducer sheath in place, cut the suture.
3. Place compression on the vessel proximal to the puncture site and slowly
withdraw the introducer sheath.
Caution: Do not use excessive withdrawal force.
4. Discard the introducer sheath appropriately.

or term of this Disclaimer of Warranty is held to be illegal, unenforceable, or in
conflict with applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the
remaining portions of this Disclaimer of Warranty shall not be affected, and all
rights and obligations shall be construed and enforced as if this Disclaimer of
Warranty did not contain the particular part or term held to be invalid.
