11.1 Removal of a jammed nail/staples
- Disconnect air nailer from power source!!!
- Unload magazine!
- Use a flat head screwdriver or a similar flat tool in order to free the jammed nail with caution.
- If the nail can`t be freed this way you have to demount the magazine and free the nail
afterwards.
- Frequent cause of jammed nails is the non performed maintenance – no oiling! In this case
part No. 46 and 52. grind. Another cause is corrosion through water damp due to the missing
of a water filter between compressor and nailer and/or storage in an environmemt with high
humidity. You can minimize defects of this type by proper storage, proper maintenance,
proper operation.
11.2 Storage
Improper storage can damage and destroy important components. Only store packed
or unpacked parts under the intended ambient conditions!
In case of a longer interruption of operation or shutdown, clean the machine and then store it out
of the reach of children in a dry place protected from frost and other weather influences!
11.3 Disposal
Observe the national waste disposal regulations. Never dispose of the
machine, machine components or equipment in residual waste. If necessary,
contact your local authorities for information on the disposal options
available.
If you buy a new machine or an equivalent device from your specialist dealer,
he is obliged in certain countries to dispose of your old machine properly.
