Preparing for operation
Turn the switching ring to the limit stop for the
desired working direction:
For right-hand tightening 2
For left-hand tightening 1
Place the adapter included in the scope of
delivery onto the square until it engages audibly
(1.).
Insert the appropriate insert (bit) according to
ISO 1173 up to the limit stop into the hexagon
socket of the adapter (2.).
To remove the insert, pull it out from the adapter.
Mounting the handle
A cross-handle is included in the scope of delivery
of the TORSIOTRONIC
handle helps you to apply the torque in the high,
permissible torque range. The cross-handle can
also be purchased as an accessory for the other
types.
Proceed as follows to mount the handle:
Insert the square on the cross-handle up to the
limit stop into the square hole at the end of the
handle.
The cross-handle engages audibly.
To remove the cross-handle, pull the cross-handle
off from the end of the handle.
Switching on and off
To switch the TORSIOTRONIC
button for approx. one second.
A long audible signal is heard.
On initial commissioning, a selection of possible
languages is shown on the display.
Use the arrow buttons to select the desired
language.
Confirm your selection with the OK button.
