Preparing for operation
Attaching a socket
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to unsuitable inserts.
 Use only inserts whose form and
design are suitable for the intended
use.
Plug-in tools from STAHLWILLE offer the
necessary dimensional accuracy in all
connection areas and provide the required
material strength.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to exceeding the
maximum load-bearing capability of the
inserts.
 Make sure that you do not exceed
the maximum load-bearing capability
of the inserts.
The maximum load-bearing capability of the inserts
may be lower than the maximum permissible torque
of the torque screwdriver.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to incorrectly
mounted inserts.
 Make sure that the inserts are seated
securely.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to internally
manufactured special tools.
 Only manufacture special tools in
consultation with STAHLWILLE.

 Use only the appropriate sockets
listed in the STAHLWILLE catalogue.
ATTENTION!
Damage to the measuring elements of
the torque screwdriver possible.
 Protect the torque screwdriver e.g.
against hard jolts or dropping.
Make sure of the following when using inserts with a
square drive on the TORSIOTRONIC
 The correct shape and size for the exchange
system on the TORSIOTRONIC
 The correct shape and size of the inserts for
connection to the threaded connection to be
tightened
WARNING
Risk of injury due to unintentional
adjustment of the switching ring.
 Prior to the fastening process, use
the switching ring to set the desired
working direction.
 Do not touch the switching ring
during the fastening process.
