1. Loosen the cover knobs on the blade guard cover to
access the blade.
2. Lock the blade and turn the lock nut clockwise to
remove it.

To do before you operate the product
1. Read the operators manual carefully and make sure
that you understand the instructions.
2. Use personal protective equipment. Refer to
Personal protective equipment on page 7 .
3. Make sure that only approved persons are in the
work area.
4. Do daily maintenance. Refer to
schedule on page 13 .
5. Make sure that the product is assembled correctly
and is not damaged.
6. Make sure that correct blade for the operation is
used.

3. Assemble the blade (B) onto the blade shaft (A) and
attach the blade flange (C).

4. Lock the blade and turn the lock nut (D)
counterclockwise to tighten the blade.
5. Install the blade guard cover and tighten the cover
knobs.
7. Make sure that the blade is installed correctly and is
not damaged. Refer to
page 9 .
8. Make sure that the cutting blade does not touch the
conveyor cart. The cutting blade can damage the
cutting slot.
9. Do a check of the safety devices on the product.

10. Put the product on the work area. Make sure that the
surface is flat. Make sure that the transportation of
the product to and in the work area is done safely
and correctly. Refer to
disposal on page 15 .
11. Fill the frame with water. Refer to
with water on page 11 .
12. Make sure that the power cord and extension cable
are in good condition and not damaged.
13. Connect the product to a power source. Refer to
Electrical safety on page 5 .
