Öl / Oil
Huile / Olie
english
The oil-contaminated condensate
flows under pressure to the ÖWAMAT
oil-water separator (1).
The pressure is reduced in the
pressure relief chamber (2) (via the
aerosol filter mat), so that the
condensate is calmed and flows into
the separation container without
creating turbulence.
Dirt particles are trapped in the dirt
collector (3).
The free oil separates from the
condensate and rises in the form of
droplets.
An oil layer is built up on the surface.
When the layer is sufficiently thick,
the oil automatically flows into the oil
collector.
The oil collector is overflow-proof and
simple to change.
The pretreated condensate flows from
the bottom into the filter chamber.
The condensate passes through the
two-stage OEKOSORB filter, which
has been optimised in terms of shape
and material. Fine oil droplets,
hydrocarbons and dirt particles are
retained by adsorption.
Finally, the treated wastewater is
discharged through the water outlet
(8).
The sampling cock (10) makes it
possible to check the wastewater
quality at any time.
