ASSEMBLY
 Install bolts through the holes in the brackets and stand.
 Thread nuts onto each bolt.
 Use an 8 mm wrench to hold the nuts in place and use
a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the bolts.
 Thread the storage hook into the saw cabinet and tighten
the nut using a 10 mm wrench.
SETTING THE SAW UPRIGHT
NOTE: The saw is heavy and requires several people for
this procedure.
 Make sure the legs and caster set are properly secured.
 Tilt the saw until it rests on the back side of the cabinet.
 Raise saw carefully until it sits upright.
RAISING, MOVING, AND LOWERING THE SAW
TABLE

 To raise the table saw, step down on the large foot pedal
until it locks.
 Roll the table saw to the desired location making sure
the surface is firm and level.
 Push down on the small foot pedal to lower the table saw.
NOTE: To lower the saw gradually, apply light pressure
on the large pedal while pushing the small pedal down
with the tip of your foot.

INSTALLING THE BLADE

See Figures 19 - 20.
NOTICE:
To work properly, the saw blade teeth must point
down toward the front of the saw. Failure to heed
this warning could cause damage to the saw
blade, the saw, or the workpiece.
The blade and blade wrenches are located on the side of the
saw in the storage area. Twist the knob counterclockwise
to remove it.
 Unplug the saw.
 Raise the blade arbor by unlocking the height adjusting
handwheel and turning it clockwise.
 Make sure the bevel lock knob is tightened.
 Remove the blade washer and the blade nut from the
arbor shaft.
 Unlock the release lever by pulling it up.
 Place the new blade on the arbor shaft (blade teeth must
point down toward the front of the saw to work properly).
 Place the blade washer and the blade nut over the arbor
shaft. Be sure the domed side of the blade washer faces
out from the blade and that all items are snug against the
arbor flange.
