With the table saw in the upside down position, place
the left and right legs on the saw cabinet as shown in

NOTE: The left leg has two rectangular slots. Install the
left leg on the same side of the saw cabinet as the power
cord.
Align holes in each leg with the holes in the cabinet.
Slide a lock washer and a flat washer over four
bolts (M8 x 25 mm).
Insert a bolt (M8 x 25 mm) through the legs and into the
corners of the saw cabinet. Finger tighten.
Place the front and back legs between the side legs
and onto the saw cabinet. The front and back legs are
interchangeable.
NOTE: The front and back legs have the RIDGID logo on
them.
Align the holes in the right leg with the holes in the front
leg.
Insert a bolt (M6 x 10 mm) into each of the three holes
and finger tighten.
NOTE: For easier installation, install bolts into the holes
closest to the saw cabinet first and install bolts into the
holes closest to the feet last.
Repeat this process to secure the remaining corners of
the leg stand.
Use the 6 mm hex key to tighten the bolts that secure
the legs to the cabinet (see figure 12). Use the 4 mm hex
key to tighten the bolts that secure the legs to each other
(see figure 13). Tighten all bolts securely.
NOTE: Before assembling the caster set, make sure that
all of the legs are secured to the saw cabinet and all the
bolts are tightened securely.
ASSEMBLING THE CASTER SET
See Figures 14 - 15.
Remove the bolt and nut from the caster assembly and the
front axle assembly.
NOTE: Use a 13 mm wrench and a 14 mm wrench for the
nut and the bolt.
Attach the caster to the front axle by sliding the bolt
through the holes and placing the nut over the bolt.
