ASSEMBLY

SUPPORT
 Remove the bolts and nuts from the rear and front axle
assemblies.
NOTE: Use two 13 mm wrenches to hold the bolt and
loosen the nut.
 Position the front and rear axles as shown.
 Attach the center support to the front axle assembly.
Slide the bolt through the hole in the axle center piece
and thread the nut over the bolt. Tighten the nut.
NOTE: Do not overtighten the nuts. When tightened
properly, the center support should be able to rotate
easily. If the center support can't be rotated, loosen the
nuts 1/4 turn until the support can rotate freely.
 Attach the center support to the rear axle using the other
nut and bolt.
INSTALLING THE CASTER SET TO THE LEG
STAND
See Figures 16 - 17.
 Slide the caster set into the leg stand, aligning the holes
in the caster assembly with the holes in the leg stand.
NOTE: Position the foot pedal as shown, so that it will
be on the left of the saw when the saw is upright.
NOTE: If it is difficult to position the caster assembly,
loosen but do not remove the bolts securing the leg
stand. Once the caster assembly is installed, tighten all
bolts securely.
 Locate the following from the small fastener pack:
Socket head bolts (M8 x 16 mm) .................................. 8
 Insert the bolts into the holes in the leg stand and through
the holes in each axle assembly.
 Using the 5 mm hex key, securely tighten the bolts.
 Secure the feet to the stand by pressing them into place.
INSTALLING RIP FENCE STORAGE BRACKETS
AND STORAGE HOOK
See Figure 17.
 Remove the pre-installed bolt and nut from each bracket.
 Align the holes in the bracket with the holes in the stand.
