- If there is a fault, before contacting the official Cecotec Technical Support Service, make
sure it is not caused by an improper use and check the following table to try and solve the
problem on your own.

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and place food on
the level indicated in the manual.
Do not use the oven when the door is open, except
to remove/introduce/check food.
Place the tray at height 1. Almost every liquid
dripping from food placed on the rack will fall into
the tray.
It is a normal operation, and it depends on the
temperature setting.
