cooking with the grill, the tray must always be placed on the 1st oven guide from the bottom.
Health risk
Acrylamide is mainly produced by heating starchy foods (e.g., potatoes, chips, bread, cereal
products, biscuits, spiced pasta, etc.) at very high temperatures for a long time.
Tips for use in the preparation of low acrylamide foods:

Use short cooking times.
Cook food until its surface is brown, do not allow it to burn or get dark brown colours.

Larger food portions contain more acrylamide.

Egg or egg yolk reduces the formation of acrylamide.

As a general rule, do not exceed 200 ºC (upper and lower heating elements) or 190 ºC for
pastries and biscuits.
When cooking potatoes, try to spread them evenly in a single layer on the tray.

General using tips:
Use the appliance only for cooking food and nothing else.

Disconnect the appliance from the mains if it is not working properly and before cleaning

or maintenance.
If not in use, unplug the appliance from the mains.

Use oven gloves when putting utensils into or taking them out of the oven.

Always grip the oven door handle in the centre, as the ends of the oven door may be hot
due to possible heat leakage.
