The oven has a rubber gasket around the opening which guarantees its perfect
-
functioning. Periodically check the condition of this seal. If necessary, clean it and avoid
using abrasive products or objects to do so. In the event of a malfunction, please contact
the official Cecotec Technical Support Service. We recommend that you avoid using the
oven until it has been repaired.
Never line the bottom of the oven with aluminium foil, as the resulting heat build-up
-
could compromise cooking and even damage the enamel.
Clean the glass door with non-abrasive products or sponges and dry it with a soft cloth.

How to disassemble the oven door
For a thorough cleaning, you can remove the oven door. If it were the case, proceed as
follows:
Open the door fully (Fig. 4).

Fully open the left and right hinge levers (Fig. 5).

Hold the door as shown in Figure 6.

Gently close the door until the left and right hinge levers are engaged in part B of the door
-
(Fig. 7).
Remove the hinge hooks from their location following the arrow.

Rest the door on a soft surface.
-
To replace the door, repeat the above steps in reverse order.

Removing the inner glass
Double oven door: remove the seal by unscrewing the screws (Fig. 8).

Carefully remove the inner glass (Fig. 9).
-
Clean the glass with a suitable cleaner. Dry it thoroughly and place it on a soft surface.

Then you can also clean the inside of the outer glass.

Steam cleaning
3. This function helps to remove food residues from inside the oven. This method is only
effective for the removal of light, non-fouling dirt. It is not effective to remove stubborn
stains caused by cooking. This function can only be used when the oven is cold.
4. Cleaning procedure:
Remove all shelves, plates, racks, trays, etc.

Prepare a solution of water (85%), white vinegar (10%) and dish detergent (5%) and
spray generously on the door, side walls and rear wall of the oven cavity (Fig. 10).
Pour 40 ml of water into the base of the oven cavity (Fig. 11).

Close the door. Set the Steam-Assisted Cleaning function and the temperature to 130 °C.

Turn off the oven after 18 minutes.

Allow to cool to a safe level before wiping the inside surface with a damp cloth.

Dry the entire interior properly with a cloth or absorbent paper.

WARNING: make sure the oven is completely cooled down. Danger of burns.
