DAILY USE

Do not place hot objects on the plastic parts of the appliance.
•
Do not place food directly against the back wall.
•
Do not refreeze frozen food once it has been defrosted.
•
Store pre-packed frozen food according to the instructions of the frozen food manufacturer.
•
The appliance manufacturer's storage recommendations should be strictly observed. See the
corresponding manuals.
•
Do not place carbonated drinks in the freezer compartment, as this will exert pressure on the
container, which may cause an explosion and damage the appliance.
•
Ice lollies may cause cold burns if consumed immediately after removal from the appliance.
•
To avoid food contamination, please observe the following instructions.
•
Opening the door for an extended time may cause a significant temperature increase in the
compartments of the appliance.
•
Regularly clean surfaces that may come into contact with food as well as accessible drains.
•
Store raw meat and raw fish in the refrigerator in suitable containers so that it does not come
into contact with or drip onto other food.
•
Two-star freezer compartments (if present in the appliance) are suitable for storing pre-frozen
food, storing or preparing ice cream and making ice cubes.
•
One, two and three-star compartments (if present in the appliance) are not suitable for freezing
fresh food.
•
If the appliance is left empty for an extended period of time, switch it off, defrost, clean and dry
it off, and then leave the door open to prevent mould from forming inside the appliance.
