This instantaneous water heater was manufactured conscientiously and checked sev-
eral times before delivery. Should malfunctions nevertheless occur, it is usually only
due to a bagatelle. First attempt to switch the house fuses off and on again in order to
reset the electronics. Next, try to remedy the problem with reference to the following
table. In doing so, you will avoid unnecessary expense of customer service assistance.

Renew or activate fuse

(Re)activate motor-driven
valve in the menu "Flow Limit"

Activate Wi-Fi/BT at tab-
let / smart phone settings
Change to the same Wi-Fi as

Solution
Insert two new type AAA
batteries in the remote control
Place the remote control clos-
er to the appliance, press key
Wait a few minutes then press
and hold all four buttons for
5 sec. and enter the correct PIN
If this happens repeatedly,
replace the batteries, contact
customer service
