Timer or preset temperature settings will not be effective when the tem-
perature range is restricted and when the system is centrally controlled
(when the temperature range setting from local controller is prohibited).
When the system is centrally controlled (when timer operation from local
remote controller is prohibited), only the timer setting will be ineffective.
