12. Hold and push the cutting blade in reverse direction
of rotation. At the same time tighten the blade screw
(F) with the supplied wrench.
13. Lock the inner flange (H) with the supplied wrench
and tighten the blade screw (F) with the other
supplied wrench.

14. Torque the blade screw (F) to 100 Nm/74 ft lbs.
15. Unlock the blade guard from the carabiner (J) and
lower the blade guard front (K).
16. Put the blade guard latch (L) on the front bolt of the
blade guard. Tighten the front bolt (M) of the blade
guard.
CAUTION:
product without the blade guard front

engaged. Do not use the product if the
parts are damaged
17. Make sure that the blade screw on the opposite side
of the product is tightened.

19. Listen for unusual sounds. If there are unusual
sounds, remove the cutting blade.
a) Examine the cutting blade for damages.
b) Install the cutting blade again. Replace the
cutting blade if it is damaged.
To remove the cutting blade
WARNING:
diamond blades, let the product become
cool and use protective gloves. Diamond
blades are very hot after use.

Remove the cutting blade in the opposite sequence
of how it was installed. Refer to
blade on page 12 .
To install the blade guard
The blade guard must be installed on the same side of
the product as the cutting blade. If it is necessary, move
the blade guard latch to correct side of the blade guard.
1. If the blade guard latch is not installed on the correct
side of the blade guard, do the procedure that
follows.
a) Loosen the 2 screw for the flange cover and
remove the flange cover.
b) Loosen the front bolt (A) on the blade guard and
lift the blade guard latch (B).

c) Remove the rear bolt and the blade guard latch
(C).
2. Move the blade guard latch to the opposite side of
the blade guard. Do the procedure that follows.
a) Install the blade guard latch and tighten the rear
bolt.
