Switching off

When sterilization is finished and the unit is no longer used, switch it
off by setting the power switch (5) to the off position - "O" - its
illumination will switch off.
Leave the door open. In case of not using the unit for a longer period
of time, additionally disconnect the unit plug from the power outlet.
3.3.9 Interruption of unit operation and emergency shutdown
When the unit is in operation, pressing and holding the
accept/start/stop button (d) for 5 seconds will cause the error
message "E99" to appear in the display and the unit will switch to a
non-standard operating mode. Press the accept/activate/stop button
(d) and the vacuum pump will then start a 3 minute drying mode to
remove the water from the chamber.
The unit will remind you to open the door. After that the door can be
opened, but remember not to open it until the pressure on the display
has fallen below 6Kpa!
To start a new sterilization program open and close the door again
and select the desired program.
NOTE: if the unit has to be switched off suddenly, turn the power
switch (5) to the off "O" position.
3.3.10 Interruption of power supply
In the course of sterilization if there is a break in power supply, i.e. a
temporary power failure, then after the power supply is restored the
display will show the last performed sterilization stage and the error
code "E98".
The acceptance/activation/stop button (d) must then be pressed on
the control panel for the vacuum pump to start a 3-minute drying
mode to remove water from the chamber.
