Specific remarks for TILT
SYSTEM application
The TILT SYSTEM has JUST
been designed to facilitate
loading and unloading
operations. So that:
* DO NOT USE the washer
until all the guards are properly
located and adjusted. In particu-
lar special care to the tilt hinge
guards.
* DO NOT MISLEAD NOR
CANCEL THE POSITION
DETECTORS located on the
machine brackets.
* DO NOT MISLEAD NOR
CANCEL THE hold-to-run PUSH-BUTTONS SYSTEM,
that activate the drum's rotation
with the door open.
* The pressure of the pneumatic
circuit specific for tilting is
controlled by a pressure
regulator located on the electrical
panel, with a fixed adjustment of
71 P.S.I. DO NOT MODIFY
NOR MANIPULATE THIS
REGULATOR.
* Because of the facility of
rotating the drum with door
open, during loading and
unloading operations, NEVER
MORE THAN ONE PERSON
WILL OPERATE WITH THE
MACHINE.
* The washer is protected against
possible incorrect handling, so
machine must be in horizontal
position before selecting a tilting
movement or starting a wash
programme.

aplicación TILT SYSTEM
El TILT SYSTEM está conce-
bido SOLAMENTE como un
sistema que facilita las operacio-
nes de carga y descarga de la
lavadora. Como tal:
* NO UTILIZAR la lavadora
sin estar todos los protectores de-
bidamente colocados y ajusta-
dos. Prestar especial atención a
los protectores de las charnelas
del basculante.
* NO BURLAR NI ANULAR
LOS DETECTORES DE PO-
SICION situados en los apoyos
de la lavadora.
* NO BURLAR NI ANULAR
EL SISTEMA DE PULSADO- RES mantenidos, a manos sepa-
radas, que activan el giro del
bombo con la puerta abierta.
* La presión del circuito neumá-
tico específico del basculante
está controlada por un regulador
de presión ubicado en el cuadro
eléctrico, con un taraje fijado a

MANIPULAR DICHO RE-
GULADOR.
* Debido a la posibilidad de giro
del bombo con la puerta abierta,
en las operaciones de carga y
descarga NUNCA INTERVEN-
DRA MAS DE UNA PERSO-
NA A LA VEZ.
* Aunque la lavadora está pro-
tegida contra posibles manipula-
ciones incorrectas, es preferible
partir de la posición horizontal
para seleccionar un movimiento
basculante o para poner en mar-
cha un programa de lavado.
