The cutting blade is made of special
steel, induction quenching at the cutting
region, allowing greater safety and
durability.
To achieve a perfect cut, always keep the
mower blade sharp. For safety reasons,
replace the blade every 2 years, always
wearing proper gloves to assemble and
disassemble it.
If the grass mower is vibrating, turn it off
and unplug it. Only then loosen the
screw and remove the cutting blade.
Frequently inspect the blade for wear
and possible damage like fissures.
Always keep the screw that secures the
blade tight.
To check whether the balance is right,
place a screw driver in the blade hole
and observe the balance (fig. 8-1). If it is
not right, balance it by sharpening the
blade until the removal of material leaves
it balanced again (fig. 8-2).

If you can not do it, take it to TRAPP
Authorized Technical Assistant or change
the blade which might be worn.
Use TRAPP blades only.
Re-install blade onto support disc,
respecting cutting direction with motor
direction.
Frequently check the cutting blade for
wear or damage like fissures. Check the
screw that secures the blade, always
keeping it tight. If the blade hits an
object, stop the mower, switch it off,
either unplug it or disconnect the spark
plug and check whether the blade has
been damaged. Damaged parts must be
replaced. Always look for TRAPP
Authorized Technical Assistance.

1. Drain the fuel tank.
2. Raise the right-hand-side of the machine.
3. Use a piece of wood to keep the blade
secure.

Attention!
Before removing the blade, unplug
the equipment or disconnect the
spark plug. The blade has sharp
edges; wear gloves or use a cloth to
protect your hands.
