Metalúrgica TRAPP guarantees the quality of this
product for the period of 12 (twelve) months, except
for the gearbox, counting from the date that the
Purchase Document is issued to the Consumer.
The Total Warranty of 12 months covers defects of
manufacturing, materials and the respective labor for
the repair, after the due confirmation by the
technicians of TRAPP or accredited technical assistant,
by means of a report.
All the parts proved to be defective, within the
•
warranty period, will be replaced, without charge.
Under no circumstances will it be possible to
exchange the appliance or equipment.
This Warranty cannot be transferred and will only
•
be valid upon presentation of the Purchase
Document.
This product may have modifications of technical
•
specifications and design without prior notice by
the manufacturer.
Gearbox warranty:
06 months from the purchase date.
•
Motor warranty against manufacturing
defects:
12 months from the purchase date.
•
The warranty covers the following manufacturing
defects:
Short-circuited coils, short circuit between phases,
•
defective rotor or assembly mistake.
The Warranty does not cover:
The expenses arising from packaging and transport
•
of the product to the TRAPP Authorized Technical
Assistance;
The replacement of parts damaged in
•
transportation;
Loss of parts.
•
Regular preventive servicing as: engine tuning,
•
cleaning of feeding system or additional
adjustments.

Warranty Term

Parts not covered by the warranty:
Ignition spark plugs, lubricants, joints in general,
•
bent or broken crankshaft, fuel filter, air filter and
retainers.
This Warranty will have complete loss of
validity in any of the following cases:
Broken shaft;
•
Parts broken or crushed;
•
If the product is opened by a company not
•
authorized by TRAPP;
Exposure of the equipment to humidity, water, bad
•
weather, sea air, chemical products, etc.
Parts which have normal wear from use;
•
Defects caused by undue use, ignorance and non-
•
execution of the instructions contained in the
Instruction Manual, undue use being;
Failure caused by unlubricated machines (lack of
•
oil);
Failure caused by the use of gasoline or oil
•
mixtures;
Failure caused by excessive oil in the sump.
•
Defects caused by improper use such as: Overload,
•
lack of phase, voltage out of specification,
bearings, broken shaft, broken or dented crankcase,
or those caused by careless transportation, storage,
coupling or motor energization.
TRAPP does not undertake responsability
equipment, neither for accidents that may
occur due to use of non-original parts.
